yays.. i'm sick! i'm so sadistic.. coughed like hell and madly.. still went for pe.. rather painful experience.. did sorta circuit.. cos i had flu and blocked nose.. it was tough to breathe and my stamina dipped to all low.. thats the effect of running when u have a cough and flu.. dun ever do dat.. pain.. pain.. pain..
